Bed was clean

The room was dirty, the carpet torn,dresser and nightstand drawers were broken and hanging, upholstered chair was stained so badly that you didn't want to sit in it, desk chair was broken, my husband had to take the back off the toilet to get it to flush since the flush handle was broken, the refrigerator freezer was frozen shut-unable to use, the microwave knob was broken, it took all night for the tub to drain, the shower curtain was ripped. The shower nozzle was broken and wouldn't stay in place. The TV reception was poor. Before leaving I noticed an unidentifiable brown object in the corner? Later yesterday when I arrived at my daughters in Florida I had a roach in one of my bags. If it wouldn't have been so late when we arrived I would have left but I was afraid we would not be able to get another motel at 10:00 pm. I will contest payment on my Visa. They should have paid me to stay there!! I might add that as we traveled across the country this was our only bad experience and I appreciated your help in finding us motels however you should never recommend this one again as it serves as a bad reflection on Booked.net.
